Is the first session really free?
Yes — your first 60-minute trial session is completely free, no commitment required. It's a chance for both sides to find the right fit.
How do I choose between André and Gabriel?
Both tutors cover all levels. Mention your subject and level when booking and we'll match you with the best fit — or request a specific tutor.
How do online sessions work?
We use video call (Zoom or Google Meet) plus a shared digital whiteboard. It's just as effective as in-person, and sessions can be recorded for review.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem — give at least 24 hours notice and we'll find another slot. Late cancellations under 24 hours may be charged.
Do you provide study materials?
Yes. Tutors create tailored exercises and summary notes for each student. Exam prep packages also include a structured study plan.
