How to use it

Where the definitions come from

The entries are built from open dictionaries written by volunteers and linguists — Wiktionary and the Portuguese Wikcionário (CC BY-SA 4.0) and Open English WordNet (CC BY 4.0) — and every entry names its source. For the reference norm of European Portuguese, each Portuguese entry also links to the dictionary of the Academia das Ciências de Lisboa.
